We ship orders within 1-2 business days. The shipping times
at checkout are estimates provided by the carriers. If you need your gift
to arrive by a specific date, we recommend using USPS Priority Mail Express, or feel free to contact us. Please note that rush fees apply to orders over 25 boxes that require shipping within 5 business days.
No, we understand that many of our products are purchased as gifts, so we keep things discreet. You won't find any receipts or packing slips inside our boxes.
While we don't accept returns, we're committed to making sure that you and your recipient are 100% happy, every time. If you aren't completely satisfied, please let us know right away and we'll make it right.

Yes! Our minimum order for custom gifts is 10 boxes. Please get in touch to see more information about pricing.
Our Signature gifts are 8.5"x8.5"x4.5", original sizes are 9"x6"x4", and our luxury box sizes are 14"x10"x6".
